He has a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from De Montfort University in England, is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Adam has international property advisory experience having previously worked for two global property consultancies as well as previously being the Investment Property Portfolio Manager for Dunedin City Council. He specialises in the following:

Adam sits on the valuers’ governing body as a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Council, and is a past board member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Away from the office, Adam is the bass player in a Dunedin rock band, a keen Otago/Highlanders supporter and also enjoys photography.
